Carentan Camp

The racecourse at Carentan was turned in to an American Forces camp in honour of the 101st. There were two Sherman tanks, both 75mm one with a welded hull and one with a cast hull, together with many other vehicles. Demonstrations were given by many of the vehicles and their owners not afraid of getting their precious machines dirty.
